"A fine with romance with no kisses."

photo of my pretty mornings here. (coming soon!)

So if it's one thing I've learned about myself over time it is that I don't have many pet hates. There aren't a lot of little things that people do or that happen in daily life that annoy me. Outside of people being hypocritical, not listening and generally being rude I cannot name but one thing that really comes to mind when someone poses the question, "What is something that drives you up the wall?" That something is retainers.

It's not retainers in and of themselves that bothers me, I love the idea of them! Sort of. I mean, they help keep my lovely, post-braced teeth straight, yanno? It's not the thought of them that makes me cringe, it's the sight of them.

My best friend Lexi can attest to this. In fact, I just recently "came clean" to her about this being one of my pet hates due to the fact that she keeps hers on her bedside table and pops it in and out in the evening and morning respectively. Not the fact that she puts it in and takes it out makes me mental either, it's the fact that she does so without brushing her retainer out every time. It makes me crazy! It makes me want to shout, "How can you do that, Lexi?! It tastes/is so gross just leaving it next to your bed!" (She is a normal person, though, so none of this peeves her, just an FYI.)

Now, I know what you're thinking; "Mallory, we all KNEW you were crazy." Yes, yes well, now you know I am way MORE crazy than you all probably originally thought.

I have to take my retainer out in the bathroom and brush it before and after I take it out. Not just cleaning it out, but my mouth has to be cleaned out straight away after as well. (Oh, gosh. I sound like a mental person!)

Basically, when it comes to retainers; I can touch them, I can look at them, but please don't remove them from your mouth in my presence. (Putting them in is fine.) If I love you, I'll put up with it, like I do with Lex, but she's a special case! And actually, because she's the most wonderful person and friend in the world she makes sure to take her retainer out where I can't see, these days. Now, that if that isn't dedication and love I don't know what is.

Wow, I seriously did not mean to spend that long talking about retainers/my foolish pet hate. OH WELL.

I'm back at school.
This is the main news I wanted to bring to your computer screens, today. It's taken off and is in full force basically all-at-once already! I was prepared, but this is still a lot. In fact, I should be working on a profile piece of this lovely girl in one of my comm classes called Terra this very moment, but I'm not. w00t!

Classes are super crazy, as is my schedule, at the moment. My basic line-up is (and here is where I will nerdily bore you with a list, lucky you!):

M/W/F: 8 a.m. COMA 212 (public speaking)
9.15 a.m. COMA 120 (not sure yet, some writing class.)
1.45-2.50 p.m. COMA 213 (writing)
6-8 p.m. COMA 102 (ethics)

T/TH: 9.55-11.40 a.m. COMA 101 (basic communication)
12-1.30 p.m. KPLU (radio)
3.30-9.30 p.m. Apple

F: 8 a.m. COMA 212 (public speaking)
9.15-10.20 a.m. COMA 120 (not sure yet, some writing class.)
1-close Apple

S: 8 a.m.-sometime Apple

So, that is actually my weekly schedule including work. In parentheses you can find out what the classes really are, yay, you! (The class numbers are basically only there for me, HA!)

I'm stoked, now. I didn't used to be. Yesterday was a rough first day. We only had 25 minutes of my first class and no classes until after 11.30 because there was some "first day welcoming" nonsense from the school president and alum and all that good stuff. I didn't know about this and wished I had so I could have slept in 'til my 1.45 class. (I'm responsible like that.) The least they could've done was told me. But at this school, communication to students (who don't live on campus) is fail.

Now, I'm going to ask you all to guess which two out of all my classes are my favourite. (COMA 120 isn't in the mix, though, cuz I haven't actually had it yet and Andrew, you are not allowed to guess since you already did and guessed right.) Yeah, so go ahead and do that. I'm interested to see if you guys know me well enough to be able to guess something as subtle as this. (:

So besides not being able to sleep in, it was an alright day. There are a lot of preps and jocks here, though, and that makes me mental. (It's kind of an overrated prep school, but that's okay, it's growing on me. Which is a good thing.) Now that I've been people watching a little bit more and have found my building (the comm building) I think I'll be more at home so long as I stick 'round with the people who are artsy (and not silly) like me.

I was just bummed out because I was SO stoked to start like, up until about a week before I did. Then I got tired of the paperwork they were constantly expecting me to know I had to do (last minute always) with no forewarning or way of finding out I had it save them telling me I was missing it in a threatening form. RUDE.

Now that school has started (as you can maybe see by my schedule) I don't have a lot of free time. BUT! I would like to make the public announcement (in hopes that some of you will love me enough to maybe help keep me on track/do something similar along with me) that I will be resuming running on T/TH mornings. YEY!

I know, right?
It was my folly to make the promise to myself that I would get in better shape/resume weekly running over the summer. HAHA. Yeah, that didn't happen. It didn't even come close, in fact. (Oops.) My basic goal is just that: to get back into shape.

When I originally started college 2 long/short years ago I started in pretty decent shape with a pretty decent exercise patterns. All of which has since faded away. Before college I also made eating a regular practice. That, too, has since slipped from my grasp. (See my Tweet from yesterday: "Forgetting to eat is a constant folly of mine. OOPS!") This is not a good thing for someone looking to regain "in shape" status. Eating and sleep are a HUGE part of this plan I have. And oh, it is a grand scheme, let me tell you.

Since Lexi and I probably won't be spending as much time with each other as we originally planned/assumed now that we're in school, I'm not sure our weekly evening Pilate's will remain a reality. We shall see. My hope is steadfast.

As far as life goes; I'm happy. Those of you who know me know I'm usually happy.
Those of you who know me also know that sometimes I go through phases of life being overwhelming. (You are all too good to listen to me moan when these phases come around, few and far between/in the past as they may be, I'm sure there are more on the distant horizon but here's hoping I can ward them off!) But this year, what with the paper and the divorce/move in the past, I've been on the uphill swing for about 4 months now and feel, "Fabulous, darling!"

I've been thinking a lot about moods, lately and just how much thoughts and what we say about how we're feeling/our moods really affect what our mood and reality really is. I used to think about this a lot and I was much more aware of it, but ever since school it had kind of slipped into the peripheral. This year it's back, though. It's really interesting to me and I think it's part of why I don't like to dwell on the bad, I'm happy most of the time, I like to exude optimism and generally smile at every opportunity. (Guys, am I getting back to how happy/smiley I used to be, before the paper last year? Gosh, last year was a rough one. Another apology to all who knew/had to be around me last year in the later issues of the paper and a huge thank you to all who still loved me/said I was cheery/smiley despite the challenge it was. MP, I saved that paper from your speech and what you said about me and think about it whenever I wear my red "tennis shoes." (; )

But yeah, anyway, it's like sick people; it's all a mind game. If we're constantly complaining about how life "sucks" and "this sucks" and "that sucks" then we've got ourselves stuck in a silly and lame rut that affects our atmospheres drastically. We are atmosphere changers and really have a lot more power in shaping the atmospheres we dwell in than a lot of times I think we do.

Wow, this was long. I still have more I wish to talk about which is nice, but I'll save it for another time. Random title, no? It's that song, "A Fine Romance" by Billie Holiday. Bless radio for always being so slow so as to give me the time to properly blog.

The Paper

gideon

There's my photo from Monday, all you lovers out there. :]
I haven't had a spare moment since getting home Saturday night, so I'm sorry I haven't uploaded! I'm back on track now, though. So that's good.

The big news in my life is that as of today, the paper is done. It's kind of a relief but I kind of wish a lot of things had gone differently. Either way, it was a learning experience and I grew a ton. I also learned a lot about me.

Everything about today was kind of just, not.
The hall as I left the office after packaging it up for the last time smelled like lipstick not like when I was leaving after the first time when it smelled like rain. I had my iPod in and was listening to Dave (MusicFromBlueSkies) as I walked to class and it just kinda felt like I was the only one walking around. Which wasn't really the case.

It was raining today. The faucet in the girls' bathroom in the music wing was leaking. That made me sad. (The leaky faucet, not the rain.)

I was supposed to help two of my friends film a film for their film classes. (Wow, that was a lot of "film" in one sentence.) But the first one canceled on account of the rain and it being an outdoor movie and the second canceled the movie altogether. (Kind of sad, really. It was a sequel to a film he did last quarter. I'll have to upload it to YouTube if it's alright with him . . .)

Then, to top it all off, we had a bomb threat. Now, before you get all freaked out, they happen all the time. So much so that when and if the school really would be blown up I am pretty sure everyone would just mosey to their deaths. (Can you see the little light flashing? Those alarms are so very loud and obnoxious. I jumped when it went off, how embarrassing.)

I also almost ran over a chipmunk today. But I missed him. Thank goodness.

Wow, sounds like I've been busy.

Well, as in any situation my camera was by my side during the bit I was standing with friends before I left and here are today's photos of the day courtesy whoever didn't want to take their final and called in the bomb threat:

Here we have Roland.

And then Joanna.

Trees, FTW

Trees are definitely for the win.

I have a lot to do before I leave for the weekend. I'll be back on Sunday and hopefully not be as stressed out as I feel building up as I get ready to go into tomorrow. I keep telling myself: "Only 10 more days of school, only 4 more days of the paper. You can make it." And then my other self answers, "I think we can, I think we can, I think we can!" It is so close. Whew.
In closing (because I have oodles of German homework to finish) I will leave you with the good news that we finally got a house. Yes! It is all ours. So, no more rental and no more not having my books out or summer clothes out! Just in time for (what I hope will be) the hot summer months that are just around the corner. ;]

Well, that was longer than expected.
Love you all.

Have you hugged a hermit today?

Hello, world.

Here is just a really quick update to letcha all know how I am/what is up.

I am:
-Fine
-Tired
-Almost done with school (24 days?! Nah, but who's counting?)
-Working on a ton of projects

To do - SOON:
-New blog (I owe you: Eisley photo blog)
-New vlog

New in my life:
-YouTube awesomeness:
(www.youtube.com/themysterychannel; yeah, I'm addicted.)
-Journalism award (I got 3rd place, I'll show ya soon)

That is kind of a reader's digest version. I'll post a proper blog and a new vlog in the next day or so, promise.

In other news: gas is ridiculously high and I may start boycotting it by just staying home and being even more of a hermit than I (supposedly) am now. I'm not convinced it's a bad thing, though. Like my sister always says, "Hermits are the backbone of society."

Valentine's Day Fairy?

So, I came into the office (reluctantly because I found out I had left my interview tapes at home, interviews still on them, and thus rendering all my free time for the day useless) and found that. A shiny Hershey's "Pot of Gold" box. We at the paper don't have a Valentine's Day Fairy. Or at least, I didn't think we did. Now I do. His name is most certainly MP and I think he (if seen) would bear a striking resemblance to my journalism adviser. (We love you, MP. ;])

In other news, there really isn't very much going on. Other than the fact I left all my interview tapes at home I am pretty much useless now.

So, since I am in this wonderful state of nothingness, I thought it was high time to formally introduce the most wonderfullest band of the moment to all of you!:
Tokio Hotel

I am quite surprised at myself for not introducing them to you all (my wonderful readers) before. I figure now is a good time to do so, however, since they are finally touring in the US and Canada! (Montreal and Toronto are all done, Hollywood is the 15th and they also have shows in Sacramento and NY though the dates on those slip my mind for some reason at the moment.)

Anyway, you can find links to their wonderful US-site on the side as well as my favourite song of theirs. Go check them out, I'm sure you'll like them. Even though they do sing in German. ;] (I'll post the English and German versions, just for you, though. <3)

I re-vamped my blog's page (the Valentine's theme not intended) I hope you like it, I do. It's much more energy efficient as well. I'm told the darker the screen the less lighting power is output while the screen is up. I'm not sure about that, but it sounded good enough, so I'll go with that for now.

Leave me comments and let me know you're still out there?

Today, tomorrow's yesterday

Isn't that an odd thought? Everyday was a "tomorrow" is a "today" and will be a "yesterday." Makes life seem short, but I think it's crazy. Ha!

Well, with school starting tomorrow the first issue of the paper will be out. I'll admit it, I'll be frank, I'm a little more than just a "tad" nervous about how it looks. I mean, I know we have a killer center and solid content (for the most part) but a couple things just were rushed due to the fact that they blew themselves up at the last minute and had to be mended at around 11pm when everything was supposed to be done already anyway. (That was a long sentence, yikes!) Point is: I hope it looks solid and good for the first day of school.

Did I tell you about my classes? They're pretty standard: I'm starting German (SO excited!) taking a journalism class (oh the irony!) and also taking a history class, it's going to be veryveryvery awesome.

The best news ever (recently) is that I ordered my MacBook! Finally, right? Oh man, no more toiling away without coolness on PCs for me any longer. I've got a Mac! Ha! I'm so excited, I even got it with Aperture on it already - tons of photographic playing lies ahead in my future!

Today I drove Miss Jetty Blueberry to school, for the first time! It was so exciting, she's such a wonderful car. I'm very lucky to have such an uncle as Uncle Bill. =]

Another thing, if you haven't already seen the new film "Becoming Jane" (Anne Hathaway, James McAvoy) you need to. It's amazing. I am so inspired by Jane Austen and they did such a good job portraying her life. It was wonderful. Okay, so what that McAvoy is a very good looking man? It would have been fine without him. Sort of. Not really, that was a lie.

random snippits of the past, then comes the now

I was looking through my hard drive the other day, going through old files and what-not, you know the drill, when I stumbled across some old things I had written. I'd love to share them with you, I really wish I wrote like this more often. Uhm, these are August 14, 2006.

"all the memories, all the dreams gently tucked away in an old fashioned hat box. it lies in the attic, collecting dust as i stand in a field. all around me, daises, hundreds of thousands of daises. there is a gate, i can see the knob. it's like my own little secret garden. as i walk up to it the unconscious thought at the back of my mind yells, "you don't have the key!" it's true, i don’t'. a rose bush is crawling its way across the door, but the lock remains un-touched. rusted with the years gone by. i've finally found my dream, it's telling me i have to find the key, but how am i supposed to do that? i don't even know where to begin! there are no clues, no hints, the last the last thing written on the aging paper is, "keep looking, when the time is right, you'll find it . . ." as i press my hand up against the wood and peel through the keyhole one thought runs through my mind, "so close and yet so far." i'm touching the door and looking on my dream yet there is a wall. i can't climb it, i haven't tired, there's a little mocking bird repeating what she's heard from someone, to me, "you can't go in yet . . . you can't climb it . . . just wait . . . not yet . . . just wait." she cooed in her melancholy voice. i don't even have to hear her words to know, somehow just know, it's impossible to climb. so close and yet so far . . ."

Those are the past, now on to the now? These were yesterday:
"it's just in my mind, I'm sure of it.
how didn't I notice when that star fell?
it gave it's life in place of my wish.
was that right?

maybe I'll never know,
what I do know is that the star is gone, and so are you.

oh, but what a beautiful fall you had.
I was falling with you.
what a bittersweet moment in time.

the moment I knew you would never be mine."

"Remember the time,
that you and I were sitting there, talking into forever?
the moments seemed so slow, I liked it that way.
everything was different the next time you looked at me,
we share a secret in that smile.

I'm glad things happen the way they do,
I'd never take a single word back.
Things keep moving forward, they change.
I'm okay with that, just stay with me somehow.
Doesn't matter how.

Tomorrow is part of forever too.
I'm not asking for a promise,
of forever and always.
We'll deal with that as it comes,

Tomorrow."

Anyway, I just thought I'd share those with you. Whoever "you" may be . . . maybe they'll make you smile, or think, I hope they make you feel something. =]

I went lazer tagging tonight, my alias was "Chief" (I found it fitting ;]) anyway, I was number 12 the first time and 14 the second. =P Gag, I really should practice more! Ha!

"Adventure: the pursuit of life."

That quote by Daniel Roy Wiarda, whom I'd never known before I chanced upon him on thinkexist.com by way of Google this very day, no matter who he is or what he did in his life, seems just about right to me. What is life if you never have adventures?

The funny thing about this particular update is that I'm updating a day later, and about something I just blogged about the very day before - I don't often do that! Well, here it is, I'll just come right out and say it. I am now officially the new Editor-In-Chief of The Pioneer.

I don't know how else to say it, or maybe it makes me sound haughty to say it at all . . . either way, it's the truth and I couldn't be more excited! I feel so extremely honored, I almost can't contain myself! I didn't know how much I really wanted this until, well, now. It's so funny. All the things I've planned out for my life are slowly falling into place, but some (which is another way of saying most) are changing and morphing into different things as they do so.

"It is extremely important for you to believe in yourselves not only for what you are now but for what you have the power to become. Trust in the Lord as He leads you along. He has things for you to do that you won't know about now but that will unfold later. If you stay close to Him, You will have some great adventures. You will live in a time where instead of sometimes being fulfilled, many of them will actually be fulfilled. The Lord will unfold your future bit by bit."
Neal A. Maxwell

Isn't that exciting? I am so completely ecstatic about all the plans God has in store for me, both in the church and with my life in the world, it's amazing how good He is!

There is so much I have left to do with my life, as does He! I think as summer is beginning and this last year is slowly slipping away into the past I'm getting one of the biggest adrenaline rushes I've ever had, I feel like I'm on the edge of everything and could burst away in a million different directions all at once.

So many things I want and hope to do in my life, I enjoy so many things. I only pray that God show me which ones to narrow my focus down to, and maybe soon? Ha! No matter what it's all exciting, and so much bigger than me. So here's to another adventure and my ever continuing pursuit of life; ever challenging, ever amazing.

"A large volume of adventures may be grasped within this little span of life, by him who interests his heart in everything."

Life, is insanity.

Welcome to this, the newest installment of my life. (Well, the part I'm willing enough to tell you, the WWW audience that is.)

Our story begins "meanwhile, back at the ranch":
My life is just a silly silly right now, filled with finishing so many chapters in my life and looking eagerly forward to the penning of some very exciting new ones, I can't wait.

So as one saga ends, another one begins behind it.
The Pioneer, (the college paper for those of you not farmiliar,) has just closed production week on its final issue: Issue 16. It's a goodie. Chock full of articles that we toiled away at. Blood, tears, loss of sleep - the usual. ;] I don't know what else to say about the issue itself, it's really just another issue, albeit our final one as the "family" that we are. We don't officially have to be out of the office until the 15th, so we're all kind of chilling in there now, sharing stories, looking back on memories and sharing advice while laughing at all the silly times and mistakes we've all made.

The only two of us that are going to be here next year are Stefanie and I, and on the paper? We're not too sure. No one knows what the future holds you know. ;] All I do know is that I'm looking forward to next year very much. I've applied for Editor-In-Chief, Photo Editor, and A&E (just for the heck of it) so who knows where I'll end up! I'm just way excited to see what happens. There will be TONS of new oppourtunities for growth, learning, and expanding my comfort zone, it's going to be radical.

Summer.
Should I tell you how summer is going to be? Alright. Bike trip, sleep, website stuff, photography, writing, nothing. It is going to be so great. I was going to do the whole "summer job" thing but decided against it - I'll be babysitting a lot and would really just love to toil away my last "carefree" summer before the following year comes and university along with it. (No, I'm not sure as of yet where I want to go, ;])

Some things are changing in my family life right now, things that are very welcome as far as the category of change is concerned. I'd rather not disscuss my personal family goings-on here, in the middle of cyberspace. But if you know some, or would like to know more or whatever please feel free to drop me a line! (Phone, MySpace, Blogger, email, AIM, MSN, texting, etc.) I'd love to talk to you about anything and everything. =]

I suppose that's all this is here for: updating you all (and myself) on the small new changes and steps me and my life will be taking as the seasons turn the corners into summer. It's going to be a crazy ride, but it's going to be so great.

Remember: God is good, life is good, and always smile because you can.

Peace + LOVE,
Mallory

It's that time again . . .

Hello! It's been a very long time, hasn't it? Let me start by just doing a brief overview of Spring 2007's schedule, yayy!

Monday:
9a-12p Photography (<3)>Tuesday:
9am-12p MOPS
1-2:15p Astronomy
5:45-7:55p Nutrition (funn!)
do layout or articles depending on the week

Wednesday:
1-2:15p Astronomy
drop off sibs at 12p for A&P
do layout or articles depending on the week
AWANA 7p

Thursday:
1-2:15p Astronomy
5:45-7:55p Nutrition
do layout or articles depending on the week

Friday: no school . . . but layout day/article due day every other week.
plus the but-load of homework every stinkin class has . . . (GAG) Also! The dark-room is open from 9a-12p . . . with the teacher guy there, so I'ma prolly go! lol. Funn.

So that's that! I'm a busy girl, with lots of stuff left off. (Like always running my sibling around/being available 'cause my mum needs the help. Yeahhh, fun! Kinna.)

Not really anything much else in my life right now, should I tell you a bit about each class? That might be fun, let's try it!

Photography is amazing. I already love it, and my camera! I've so been longing to go back to traditional (and have never gotten the oppourtunity to work in a darkroom before, so exciting!) and I finally am! Our instructor is super, and amusing, I'm loving it already. (But waiting for it to come around again will be forever) there is quite a bit of work though they say, that's okay, I'm determined of course. =] Homework scale: 9/10

Astronomy is really a fun subject! But the instructor is a little droll. He re-uses jokes and says "so everybody on board with that?" every other sentence. Oh well, I'm looking forward to getting smart. Ha! Homework scale: 9/10

Nutrition SO HAPPY! The instructor is a vegetarian too! So cool, I'm really excited to learn all about food and how to make it work better for my body, yayy! Homework scale: 5/10

So I have kind have a lot of work to do, plus the paper still of course as well (and since I'm looking at applying for Cheif next year Sara, my editor, is letting me shadow her a bit more this quarter = more work. haha.) And I'm also auditioning for the quarter theatre production! Yayyy! It's like a radio show, with tons of callers and a different dialect for each character. (Fun!)

Mmmk, that's all for now?
Sureee.
Shout out to Rachel and S'ven, <3's to you!
Miss you both!
=]

Peace and LOVE,
Mallory

"Here I am once again" "My world is falling to pieces" "where did I go wrong, I lost a friend" "cuz I'm so far down, away from the sun."

Yes, that was my first ever song compalation, want me to tell you how it goes? Credit where credit is due my friend. =] "Behind These Hazel Eyes," Kelly Clarkson, "Breaking the Habit," Linkin Park, "How To Save a Life," The Fray, and "Away From the Sun," 3 Doors Down. Yep, in that order, classy.

Okay, so now, down to business. You all saw how quickly this whole "blogging every day" thing fell apart, it's so sad, but I do have an explanation. I got sick. Yes, you did hear my lame excuse right. But that's okay! I'm just gunna pick it up next month instead, haha. (Rachel has a very good point, =])

Anyway, I don't really have much to update you on at the moment. Today was correction day at the paper, so like, I go over my pages and see if there are style issues, or layout issues, etc., it's great fun.

And I've been enthralled with radioblogclub.com as of late. At first I thought it was a not-cool-and-rude-to-music-people site, but I don't really think it is after all, and it's been coming in handy. =]

Until next time, peace and love,
Mallory

Writer's block

Writer's block is a funny thing, because it pops up in the most random situations. Most commonly though is when you have to write something, not because you want to. (Though that can happen too, and I've very frequently experienced both types.)

At this very moment I'm writing an article, as I often do, and I am completely stuck. It's not because I don't know the information, most of it I do, (it's an article on The Beatles, their new CD, and the Cirque du Soleil performance that is a tribute to their career,) so yes, I know the stuff quite well if I do say so myself. It's that I have pressure. The article needs to be done before tomorrow, 'cause I'm off to a friend's house, and not back until the 31st. (The articles are due on the 29th. O:) I do love having pressure when I have to write, (and usually write my best under pressure,) but I just don't want the pressure right now!

Surely I could have started wayyyy earlier, but that was before the holidays and I didn't want to. Now of course is after the Christmas part, and right before the New Year's part, so naturally I don't want to write now either. Ha! Life is a funny thing, all these responsibilities and what-not. It's pish-posh I tell you!

Let me just blather on to you a little bit about facts that I think are cool, I'm prolly even gunna use this. You should feel honored to be getting such a sneak peek ;]

George Harrison and Cirque du Soliel director (what'shisname) were buddies, (this would be before Harrison died in 2001,) and had started brain storming a collaborative project. Usually Cirque du Soleil re-records the stuff they use, with random artists from their team, but The Beatles were like, "No, you can use our stuff. In fact, we'll fix it right up!" (That's a re-phrase in case you were wondering ;]) So, George Martin, The Beatles legendary producer, and his son Giles Martin, Paul, Ringo, along with Yoko Ono Lennon and Olivia Harrison, got together and got to work. What did they work with? Why every single song that the Beatles ever recorded of course! It all started by breaking each song down piece by piece. (In example, Ringo's drums, Paul's guitar, John and Paul's vocals, all broken up to be seperate pieces.) Then the task was to put the songs back together, with different pieces in there as well. An example of this would have to be two of my favourite songs, "Blackbirds," and "Yesterday" are morphed together and come out simply haunting. (Yes, it is possible for those songs to get even more amazing ;]) We're drawn into the song with the beginning of "Blackbirds" and then it fades out to the ending chord progression of the same song, and with a common note found, begins "Yesterday." The background birds from the song are also thrown in randomly throughout. The result is simply stunning.

Well, I suppose that helped me some ;]
Thank you for reading, (if you bothered reading the rantings of a crazy Beatles fan writing her "ream article" ;])

Peace,
