changes

in the past couple of days i've thought long and hard about a lot of things, and this the conclusion that i've come to: things are changing, going to change, and need to change.

here are some of the issues i'm facing, at the moment:
- jetty
- money
- school (i hate it)
- not enough time with:
-- my family
- juggling:
-- school
-- work
-- coursework (busywork)
- school (i hate it)
- my room
- getting no sleep
- harriet

oh, and did i mention i hate school? right, i must have, but let me re-emphasize: i really, really, really hate it. it's not the fact that i'm in school, or going to school; not at all! i love school, and learning, and doing coursework and reading . . . or at least i used to. that was until i came here, to PLU. PLU has sucked the lifeblood out of my spirit toward school. it is killing me. i spent about 2.5 hours two nights ago just bawling my eyes out to my mum about everything. she told me, "mallory, you can't change everything at once. let's take it one step at a time. tomorrow we'll get some of the stuff in your room in boxes so it's out of sight until you can deal with it and then we'll look into online universities, okay?" it was very kind of her to sooth my tired heart, and i felt a little better but still went to bed exhausted.

the next day, however, i did get some things done in my room (which was a relief) and i am waiting to hear back what i can make my credits into as far as BA degrees go at the university of phoenix online. they don't have a degree in "journalism" because for that sort of degree you have to physically do internships and stuff and that isn't something that can be done online. they do have a degree in communication, though, and that's what i'll go for. i was really looking forward to having "journalism" on my degree, but at this point i just don't care anymore. besides, it's not like having a degree in "communication" will hold me back from the journalistic field, not at all.

that uni seems like it would be just right for me. it would allow me to (possibly) move into a full-time position at work (more about that later), get these classes done with quick and at my own schedule and set my own vacations. incredible. i'm already qualified for financial aid, which is awesome, all i need to do now is get it all going and started before pre-registration for fall comes around here at plu. (which happens on the 10-12th, ugh.)

one of my other main problems is i haven't been getting any sleep at night, really. i just lie awake for hours at night, until about 2/3 a.m. when i finally crash into a restless "sleep" where my eyes are shut but i'm not getting any rest whatsoever. i wake up every couple hours and then like clockwork, at 8 a.m. i think part of it is that my room is frigid. which weirds me out because i have a heater vent in my room, and if i have my door shut one would think that all the heat would just stay put. it doesn't, though. i don't know what the problem is but i know it's awful. plus i'm lonely, that's another part of it. mum and d say i look like i've lost a lot of weight and look tired a lot. well, i am tired a lot, but i haven't lost any more weight since i've been sick. (which then i lost about 17 pounds, just from that awful hybrid illness i had a few weeks back.) kimmi says i must have insomnia because all my "symptoms" point straight in the direction of such. i'm not convinced, i just know i can't sleep.

i've been enjoying life a little bit more in certain regards i'd rather not disclose at the moment, but i'm sure you'll all find out soon enough. that's nice. with God's help and Jennifer's gentle reminders i'm slowly, painfully learning to be more patient and just wait. it's so awfully impossible to be so, though. i just want to explode with excitement and hope! oh, please let it be soon!

because of school and the stupid hours i have to maintain for that; driving to, being on campus, being in class, etc., i've had to cut back a lot in my availability at work. to put it simply: it sucks. i feel like i'm just wasting my time here, and i'd much rather be doing something with my life. Apple allows me to do something, it's a wonderful job and i love it. i'd rather be there than here at this horrible place any hour of the day. there are lots of changes happening at work, most of which are good and i'm excited for, i just don't want to miss out on them due to school. which, if you recall, i loathe. (plus, money kind of comes in handy when you have bills to pay. just a little, right?)

harriet isn't helping my current situation, either. i recently upgraded her to leopard and ilife '09, but ever since i have nothing has been working. it's adding insult to injury, honestly. so far garage band, imovie, iphoto, photobooth and mail have all failed/had something wrong with them. it started with my iSight not working, then i fixed that. then my mic didn't work, then i sort of fixed that. now mail will not work period. it ate a whole huge and important email i was trying to send to d the other day, and it just won't work. i've tried updates, exploding it, reseting it, etc. but still nothing. now i'm going to have to do a partial system archive and re-install of just the mail portion of the os, ugh.

i'm super frustrated with school and work both for keeping me from my boy so often. i literally see him maybe once a week, sometimes it's once a week and a half. as of monday it's going to be impossibly hard to see him for the rest of this semester (month and a half) just because of our work schedules and my stupid school and all this damn coursework i have that i don't have time for in the first place. I HATE PLU.

i hate PLU. a lot of the professors are lovely, and i enjoy them, but i dislike most all of the students and i hate the university as a whole. it's just an overrated prep school that costs way too much money and only works if you don't. (don't work that is, a job and what-not.) also, if you don't live on campus, it's near impossible to go here. basically, it's completely wrong for me and i don't know how i ended up here. oh well, though. what's done is done, i'm going to be out of here soon, soon, soon and all will be better, i'm sure of it. it may take me just a little bit longer to get the degree done, but to get out of here it would be worth it.

i needed a vent, thank you all, if you listened.
i'm hoping to get a dog soon, someone to keep me company, ward off the shadows and dreams at night, and sleep on the foot of my bed to keep me warm.

after school i'm going to race home to drop harriet off at home and race off to catch d getting off work at three. i feel just like the old times when he would get off work at the firm and race to the mall to see me and spend time with me on my breaks. swoon.

"Santa, baby . . ."

My only concern at the moment is the Genii seeing Harriet's very, very filthy screen. It's one thing for family, friends, classmates and even professors to see a dirty laptop screen . . . but the Genii? They'll think I don't love her! It's the worst possible fate. (LULZ, I crack myself up.)

Hello, hello, hello.
I lied, I'm sorry. That last blog was most certainly NOT my last blog on this un-personalized site. But, what are ya gonna do, right?

At the moment I'm listening to a lovely rendition of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" as it fills up the mall's hallways and darts between the busy holiday shoppers as they rustle their bags and their conversations jumble together.

The mall is a strange place this time of year. All the pretty decorations are up, everywhere, though. So that's exiting!

Y'all might wonder what I'm doing just "blah-ing" around at the mall. Well, I've brought Harriet to the doctor, finally! I'm going to get her looked at by a Genius and hopefully (since her CD drive is bad) get her all fixed up. :] Random factoid: whilst checking on when my APP expires I discovered her real and actual birthday! Sept. 17, 2007. She's only a year old! :O

The only trouble with the mall's wi-fi is that it randomly disconnects. (Even though I'm leeching the Apple Store wi-fi.) It's a bugger. lulz.

I don't have a ton to say other than I recently had the opportunity of interviewing a very influential and pretty incredible professor at school who also happens to have had an influential and incredible life. I've written an article about him (which has since been pushed to February's issue) and I'll most likely let you all read it when it's polished and shining brilliantly.

More later,

"A fine with romance with no kisses."

photo of my pretty mornings here. (coming soon!)

So if it's one thing I've learned about myself over time it is that I don't have many pet hates. There aren't a lot of little things that people do or that happen in daily life that annoy me. Outside of people being hypocritical, not listening and generally being rude I cannot name but one thing that really comes to mind when someone poses the question, "What is something that drives you up the wall?" That something is retainers.

It's not retainers in and of themselves that bothers me, I love the idea of them! Sort of. I mean, they help keep my lovely, post-braced teeth straight, yanno? It's not the thought of them that makes me cringe, it's the sight of them.

My best friend Lexi can attest to this. In fact, I just recently "came clean" to her about this being one of my pet hates due to the fact that she keeps hers on her bedside table and pops it in and out in the evening and morning respectively. Not the fact that she puts it in and takes it out makes me mental either, it's the fact that she does so without brushing her retainer out every time. It makes me crazy! It makes me want to shout, "How can you do that, Lexi?! It tastes/is so gross just leaving it next to your bed!" (She is a normal person, though, so none of this peeves her, just an FYI.)

Now, I know what you're thinking; "Mallory, we all KNEW you were crazy." Yes, yes well, now you know I am way MORE crazy than you all probably originally thought.

I have to take my retainer out in the bathroom and brush it before and after I take it out. Not just cleaning it out, but my mouth has to be cleaned out straight away after as well. (Oh, gosh. I sound like a mental person!)

Basically, when it comes to retainers; I can touch them, I can look at them, but please don't remove them from your mouth in my presence. (Putting them in is fine.) If I love you, I'll put up with it, like I do with Lex, but she's a special case! And actually, because she's the most wonderful person and friend in the world she makes sure to take her retainer out where I can't see, these days. Now, that if that isn't dedication and love I don't know what is.

Wow, I seriously did not mean to spend that long talking about retainers/my foolish pet hate. OH WELL.

I'm back at school.
This is the main news I wanted to bring to your computer screens, today. It's taken off and is in full force basically all-at-once already! I was prepared, but this is still a lot. In fact, I should be working on a profile piece of this lovely girl in one of my comm classes called Terra this very moment, but I'm not. w00t!

Classes are super crazy, as is my schedule, at the moment. My basic line-up is (and here is where I will nerdily bore you with a list, lucky you!):

M/W/F: 8 a.m. COMA 212 (public speaking)
9.15 a.m. COMA 120 (not sure yet, some writing class.)
1.45-2.50 p.m. COMA 213 (writing)
6-8 p.m. COMA 102 (ethics)

T/TH: 9.55-11.40 a.m. COMA 101 (basic communication)
12-1.30 p.m. KPLU (radio)
3.30-9.30 p.m. Apple

F: 8 a.m. COMA 212 (public speaking)
9.15-10.20 a.m. COMA 120 (not sure yet, some writing class.)
1-close Apple

S: 8 a.m.-sometime Apple

So, that is actually my weekly schedule including work. In parentheses you can find out what the classes really are, yay, you! (The class numbers are basically only there for me, HA!)

I'm stoked, now. I didn't used to be. Yesterday was a rough first day. We only had 25 minutes of my first class and no classes until after 11.30 because there was some "first day welcoming" nonsense from the school president and alum and all that good stuff. I didn't know about this and wished I had so I could have slept in 'til my 1.45 class. (I'm responsible like that.) The least they could've done was told me. But at this school, communication to students (who don't live on campus) is fail.

Now, I'm going to ask you all to guess which two out of all my classes are my favourite. (COMA 120 isn't in the mix, though, cuz I haven't actually had it yet and Andrew, you are not allowed to guess since you already did and guessed right.) Yeah, so go ahead and do that. I'm interested to see if you guys know me well enough to be able to guess something as subtle as this. (:

So besides not being able to sleep in, it was an alright day. There are a lot of preps and jocks here, though, and that makes me mental. (It's kind of an overrated prep school, but that's okay, it's growing on me. Which is a good thing.) Now that I've been people watching a little bit more and have found my building (the comm building) I think I'll be more at home so long as I stick 'round with the people who are artsy (and not silly) like me.

I was just bummed out because I was SO stoked to start like, up until about a week before I did. Then I got tired of the paperwork they were constantly expecting me to know I had to do (last minute always) with no forewarning or way of finding out I had it save them telling me I was missing it in a threatening form. RUDE.

Now that school has started (as you can maybe see by my schedule) I don't have a lot of free time. BUT! I would like to make the public announcement (in hopes that some of you will love me enough to maybe help keep me on track/do something similar along with me) that I will be resuming running on T/TH mornings. YEY!

I know, right?
It was my folly to make the promise to myself that I would get in better shape/resume weekly running over the summer. HAHA. Yeah, that didn't happen. It didn't even come close, in fact. (Oops.) My basic goal is just that: to get back into shape.

When I originally started college 2 long/short years ago I started in pretty decent shape with a pretty decent exercise patterns. All of which has since faded away. Before college I also made eating a regular practice. That, too, has since slipped from my grasp. (See my Tweet from yesterday: "Forgetting to eat is a constant folly of mine. OOPS!") This is not a good thing for someone looking to regain "in shape" status. Eating and sleep are a HUGE part of this plan I have. And oh, it is a grand scheme, let me tell you.

Since Lexi and I probably won't be spending as much time with each other as we originally planned/assumed now that we're in school, I'm not sure our weekly evening Pilate's will remain a reality. We shall see. My hope is steadfast.

As far as life goes; I'm happy. Those of you who know me know I'm usually happy.
Those of you who know me also know that sometimes I go through phases of life being overwhelming. (You are all too good to listen to me moan when these phases come around, few and far between/in the past as they may be, I'm sure there are more on the distant horizon but here's hoping I can ward them off!) But this year, what with the paper and the divorce/move in the past, I've been on the uphill swing for about 4 months now and feel, "Fabulous, darling!"

I've been thinking a lot about moods, lately and just how much thoughts and what we say about how we're feeling/our moods really affect what our mood and reality really is. I used to think about this a lot and I was much more aware of it, but ever since school it had kind of slipped into the peripheral. This year it's back, though. It's really interesting to me and I think it's part of why I don't like to dwell on the bad, I'm happy most of the time, I like to exude optimism and generally smile at every opportunity. (Guys, am I getting back to how happy/smiley I used to be, before the paper last year? Gosh, last year was a rough one. Another apology to all who knew/had to be around me last year in the later issues of the paper and a huge thank you to all who still loved me/said I was cheery/smiley despite the challenge it was. MP, I saved that paper from your speech and what you said about me and think about it whenever I wear my red "tennis shoes." (; )

But yeah, anyway, it's like sick people; it's all a mind game. If we're constantly complaining about how life "sucks" and "this sucks" and "that sucks" then we've got ourselves stuck in a silly and lame rut that affects our atmospheres drastically. We are atmosphere changers and really have a lot more power in shaping the atmospheres we dwell in than a lot of times I think we do.

Wow, this was long. I still have more I wish to talk about which is nice, but I'll save it for another time. Random title, no? It's that song, "A Fine Romance" by Billie Holiday. Bless radio for always being so slow so as to give me the time to properly blog.

07 September, 2008

so, tomorrow...

I start back up at school.
YEY.
I'm a bit nervous.
A public speaking, ethics and journ class on the menu for sure... we'll see how this goes.
Public speaking at 8 a.m.?
Perfect.

Sometimes I wonder how well Stacy, Clinton and I would get along...
Other times I don't care.
I love Stacy and Clinton, but I love the way I dress a whole lot more.

I hate the way Blogger messes up my images.
Cruel, cruel world.
(Flash back to another blog? I think so... not sure.)

See you tomorrow, maybe.

Imaginary friends are forever!

My brain hurts.
And the title is the shirt I'm wearing.
"Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends," FTW.

I kind of feel stuck at a stand-still. In a rut, if you will, the way I do when I've spent too much time thinking about future events and not enough time realizing that school is back in 6 days. 6 Days is soon and I need to get my brain in gear.

It's almost like I'm trying to hold off school's beginning at the same time as urge next summer's coming. This is problematic as both are inevitable but holding off/speeding up either is unrealistic.

I've just been generally unmotivated lately.

I think my main brain problem is that I don't really want to take the effort to start at school. The people are annoying, they're horrible at paperwork; I've got too full of a load and my days are going to be very, very long. Plus it's all new. Not that new things bug me or wig me out, they don't. I have handled enough "new" in life thus far that I'm not intimidated by the "new." To some extent. I just wish I knew the campus better right away. That's the one thing that would make everything on day one a breeze.

I want it to be next summer because I'm restless of Washington and I just want to go somewhere else. I haven't been anywhere! I know I'm "young" and "have my whole life ahead of me" but I don't feel like that. I feel old. I feel like I have SO much around the corner and so many things I can look forward to achieving (another degree, traveling, working, etc.) but at the same time I feel like I've accomplished so much that when I get done with school I feel I won't know what to do with myself. I know I will, though. That's why all this jumbled nonsense of typing is irrelevant. I have a plan-plans, I've got an idea of how things are going to be. (Though in my life changes happen momentarily.) But sometimes I just wonder if my plans are going to happen the way I want them to. That's the kind of moment I'm having. I know they will, though, because when I set my mind to something I do it/get it and don't give it up. So, I need to snap out of it. Note to self: SNAP OUT OF IT.

I haven't really been bothered with YouTube as of late. (Have you noticed?) It feels weird. But I think it's because subconsciously I know school is almost here and I've just sort of shut down my "YouTube" side of life already. It's only been a month since I've posted a proper vlog but I dun like it but I just haven't had anything to say (much less clever things to say) as of late. It's unwelcome. I think when school is back I'm going to become more of a blogger than vlogger again. Oh dear.

When school comes (I'm making it sound like the bubonic plague!) I won't be online much at all anymore. Maybe while I'm home studying... but I won't be able to type. I think my only "online" day will be Sunday. But even then that is also prolly gonna be my main "homework"/"study" day. Ha! What a conundrum.

I spoke with Matt last night for the first time since he's been home. It was so nice to speak with him again, I missed him a ton. I ranted at him about all the people in my life who are being wet blankets. He helped me remind myself of some better and truer things and now I feel a little better about that.

Adam has a point in his last blog, however, that the negative comments and words are the ones that really stick. I say: if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Wouldn't it be great if more people followed that rule in life? They say for ever negative comment a person hears it takes 5 positive ones to cancel the negative one out. hxc, right? Words are powerful and stick so hard. I wish I was more careful with my words... I need to work on that. I'm sorry, all.

I've mainly been working (radio, Apple); writing letters (I loveeee letters!) and sleeping. (I shower too. Don't you think that's good of me?)

I don't have anything else to say except that on the radio the other day the DJ was talking about saving money on milk. She said something close to: "Want to save some money on milk? Why don't you buy your own cow. They've now got these genetically altered cows that grow no bigger than a German Shepherd and they produce about 16 ounces of milk a day. Only set back is they'll cost ya about $400,000!" Wow, right? I mean, wow. I don't know what I have to say about that other than "wow." That's mental!

Hope everyone who started school today had a good one.
I'm glad I don't start til the 8th.
I'm going to pretend 6 days is a lot longer than 6 days really is.
Yay for alternate realities.
*wink*

Also, Kimmi and I really ARE working on a new Trock song.
Yes.
About Adipose.
Bahaha.
They're so cute, you cannot deny.

swings and glidey things

i'm having a very strange fit of a "no capitalization" mood. i don't get it, but right now as i type this, all letters look very much nicer lower-case to my poor, deranged eyes. i need to get over this. so in an attempt to do so, this whole entry is going to be typed in this manner. i'm sorry in advanced. thank you for being so agreeable.

yesterday my dearest friend in the whole of the world (lexi) came over. we went to wal*mart (she helped me organize!), made sugar cookies (extra sugar and extra sugary frosting), and shot all the footage i could ever need (i hope) for clint's game video. (which is importing now and hopefully i'll have a chance to edit when i get home this afternoon.)

that brings me (on a very nice little segway, i might pride myself,) to my next topic at hand: today jennifer, lexi, lexi's mum and i are all going out to get our toenails done and have a girl morning for lexi's eighteenth birthday! (which isn't today but rather the seventeenth. i think everyone is busy that day, though.) it is going to be very fun indeed. :]

in honor of the occasion i made it jumper day! yay! (i do not wear them enough, sadly.)
i've noticed something, throughout life, i rarely do anything with my hair. this is something i am going to be trying to work on tomorrow (as i didn't do anything different than i always do today already. ha!)

i've successfully learned the intro to "new born" by muse on piano, now. that was exciting. but i still haven't mastered it.

life is trolling along. i'm trying to get stoked for uni in the fall but every day it seems a little more annoying that fall is right around the corner. i think my main trouble comes in that i have so many little things plaguing me now that having to start back up with college life in just a short five/six weeks seems unbearable. oh well, i think some of the little things will straighten themselves out when school starts.

the title comes in that there is a park being built right up the street from my house (yay!) but i saw the plans the other day and it's meant to be a baseball park with like, trees and an open area with loads of grass but no swings or glidey things?! that is not yay. i really want there to be swings. and also glidey things.

i need an external hard-drive badly. my computer just yelled and told me "my start-up disk is almost full." yikes and oops.

The Paper

gideon

There's my photo from Monday, all you lovers out there. :]
I haven't had a spare moment since getting home Saturday night, so I'm sorry I haven't uploaded! I'm back on track now, though. So that's good.

The big news in my life is that as of today, the paper is done. It's kind of a relief but I kind of wish a lot of things had gone differently. Either way, it was a learning experience and I grew a ton. I also learned a lot about me.

Everything about today was kind of just, not.
The hall as I left the office after packaging it up for the last time smelled like lipstick not like when I was leaving after the first time when it smelled like rain. I had my iPod in and was listening to Dave (MusicFromBlueSkies) as I walked to class and it just kinda felt like I was the only one walking around. Which wasn't really the case.

It was raining today. The faucet in the girls' bathroom in the music wing was leaking. That made me sad. (The leaky faucet, not the rain.)

I was supposed to help two of my friends film a film for their film classes. (Wow, that was a lot of "film" in one sentence.) But the first one canceled on account of the rain and it being an outdoor movie and the second canceled the movie altogether. (Kind of sad, really. It was a sequel to a film he did last quarter. I'll have to upload it to YouTube if it's alright with him . . .)

Then, to top it all off, we had a bomb threat. Now, before you get all freaked out, they happen all the time. So much so that when and if the school really would be blown up I am pretty sure everyone would just mosey to their deaths. (Can you see the little light flashing? Those alarms are so very loud and obnoxious. I jumped when it went off, how embarrassing.)

I also almost ran over a chipmunk today. But I missed him. Thank goodness.

Wow, sounds like I've been busy.

Well, as in any situation my camera was by my side during the bit I was standing with friends before I left and here are today's photos of the day courtesy whoever didn't want to take their final and called in the bomb threat:

Here we have Roland.

And then Joanna.

Trees, FTW

Trees are definitely for the win.

I have a lot to do before I leave for the weekend. I'll be back on Sunday and hopefully not be as stressed out as I feel building up as I get ready to go into tomorrow. I keep telling myself: "Only 10 more days of school, only 4 more days of the paper. You can make it." And then my other self answers, "I think we can, I think we can, I think we can!" It is so close. Whew.
In closing (because I have oodles of German homework to finish) I will leave you with the good news that we finally got a house. Yes! It is all ours. So, no more rental and no more not having my books out or summer clothes out! Just in time for (what I hope will be) the hot summer months that are just around the corner. ;]

Well, that was longer than expected.
Love you all.

Life, is like a circle. A very squiggly and oddly drawn circle.

At least, that's what I've found so far.
There are a lot of reasons I say this and I'll get around to posting about them eventually. Maybe.

The Mystery Channel surprised me tonight.

My German homework isn't finished.

I wasted a whole holiday doing stuff.
Tomorrow is school again.
I don't want that.
Only 14 more days left. (I counted weekends in my last count. Whoops.)

I taught myself "Starman" from Mario and "The Ocarina of Time" theme from Zelda for the piano. I rule at life. (They will be in my next videooo. ;])

Wasn't tonight a beautiful night?

Have you hugged a hermit today?

Hello, world.

Here is just a really quick update to letcha all know how I am/what is up.

I am:
-Fine
-Tired
-Almost done with school (24 days?! Nah, but who's counting?)
-Working on a ton of projects

To do - SOON:
-New blog (I owe you: Eisley photo blog)
-New vlog

New in my life:
-YouTube awesomeness:
(www.youtube.com/themysterychannel; yeah, I'm addicted.)
-Journalism award (I got 3rd place, I'll show ya soon)

That is kind of a reader's digest version. I'll post a proper blog and a new vlog in the next day or so, promise.

In other news: gas is ridiculously high and I may start boycotting it by just staying home and being even more of a hermit than I (supposedly) am now. I'm not convinced it's a bad thing, though. Like my sister always says, "Hermits are the backbone of society."

It's that time again . . .

Hello! It's been a very long time, hasn't it? Let me start by just doing a brief overview of Spring 2007's schedule, yayy!

Monday:
9a-12p Photography (<3)>Tuesday:

plus the but-load of homework every stinkin class has . . . (GAG) Also! The dark-room is open from 9a-12p . . . with the teacher guy there, so I'ma prolly go! lol. Funn.

So that's that! I'm a busy girl, with lots of stuff left off. (Like always running my sibling around/being available 'cause my mum needs the help. Yeahhh, fun! Kinna.)

Not really anything much else in my life right now, should I tell you a bit about each class? That might be fun, let's try it!

Photography is amazing. I already love it, and my camera! I've so been longing to go back to traditional (and have never gotten the oppourtunity to work in a darkroom before, so exciting!) and I finally am! Our instructor is super, and amusing, I'm loving it already. (But waiting for it to come around again will be forever) there is quite a bit of work though they say, that's okay, I'm determined of course. =] Homework scale: 9/10

Astronomy is really a fun subject! But the instructor is a little droll. He re-uses jokes and says "so everybody on board with that?" every other sentence. Oh well, I'm looking forward to getting smart. Ha! Homework scale: 9/10

Nutrition SO HAPPY! The instructor is a vegetarian too! So cool, I'm really excited to learn all about food and how to make it work better for my body, yayy! Homework scale: 5/10

So I have kind have a lot of work to do, plus the paper still of course as well (and since I'm looking at applying for Cheif next year Sara, my editor, is letting me shadow her a bit more this quarter = more work. haha.) And I'm also auditioning for the quarter theatre production! Yayyy! It's like a radio show, with tons of callers and a different dialect for each character. (Fun!)

Mmmk, that's all for now?
Sureee.
Shout out to Rachel and S'ven, <3's to you!
Miss you both!
=]

Peace and LOVE,
Mallory

Breaking news about me:

QuizGalaxy!

['What" will your obituary say?' at QuizGalaxy.com]

Lewd behavior eh? Hmmm, who'dda thunk?! But anyway, at least the Easy Bake Oven will miss me. I miss them to be sure. =]

Rachel thinks I blog a lot, maybe I do. I think I use it as an excuse to not journal, because typing is so much faster. (Well, except for now because I'm so tired my fingers are becoming a jumbled mess every five seconds. Not to mention my poor dead brain!)

OK, well I just wanted to share that lovely news clipping about me really. I suppose I'll be back tomorrow to tell you all about the first two days of school! (Today = real first day. Tomorrow = first day of philosophy. Meep! hahaha.)

LOVE & peace,
Mallory
